box” developments; represented title companies as title counsel

Residential Real Estate
Few events are more important in one’s life than the purchase
of a home. Our attorneys and staff are dedicated to making the
process smooth and as hassle-free as possible. In the days leading
to the closing, we are in constant communication with buyers, sellers,
real estate agents and lenders. We provide lenders the most technologically-advanced
computer systems to quickly deliver your loan documents. Agents
are provided closing statements well in advance of the settlement
date, so to allow for revisions and changes prior to closing. This
preliminary work allows the closing to be an experience enjoyed
by all the parties.
Creditor’s Rights
The firm represents many lenders in enforcement of liens and rights
in state and bankruptcy court. We have handled multi-million
dollar foreclosure actions and work out proceedings, as well
as representation in Chapter 11, 13 and 7 cases in the Western
District of North Carolina Bankruptcy Court. We represent both
institution and private lenders. Our goal is to combine aggressive
collection procedures with an eye to efficient, cost effective
results.
